How to Apply

Requests for internships, project work, or industrial visits must be submitted by the institutions where students are enrolled. Institutions should be pre-registered with C-DIT to facilitate this process. Once initial approval for a specific project is obtained from C-DIT, payment can be processed, and project work may commence. Upon successful completion of the project, an online certificate will be issued.
C-DIT is an accredited research center affiliated with the University of Kerala. Research scholars are assigned to C-DIT through the university's selection process. Direct enrollment at C-DIT as a research center is not available; scholars allocation is allowed only through the University’s Research Enrolment Programme.

Partner Institutions

To participate in our student engagement and internship programmes C-DIT invites educational institutions, including engineering colleges, applied science colleges, and polytechnics, through an official email communication. Institutions interested in participating are required to register application via the provided link. To ensure smooth coordination, each institution must appoint a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to manage student applications efficiently. The portal supports two levels of user access— the SPOC and the Head of Department (HOD) or Principal—facilitating a streamlined and effective communication process. Enrollment in the student engagement program is available only through educational institutions.

Student

Students have the option to participate in the training programme either individually or as part of a group. For group programs, a team leader must be designated to represent the group. Students should consult the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) at their institution to register for internships with C-DIT, subject to the availability of specific subjects and time slots.

How to Enroll

To enroll, students from enrolled institutions should contact their Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to identify available training projects and corresponding time slots. The SPOC will then submit the request, which must be approved or forwarded by the Head of Department (HOD) or Principal. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed by the C-DIT HOD and mentor, and then returned to the SPOC for payment processing. Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure registration, and late payment may result in automatic cancellation. After payment confirmation, students will receive login credentials and report to the designated C-DIT HOD or mentor. For offline internships, physical attendance at C-DIT is required, while online internships require completing online modules within the specified timeframe, with optional physical attendance at scheduled times. A waiting list will be maintained if demand exceeds available projects.
